PMNDP Portal : This is an online dialysis management system, developed by the Indian Government. You can take benefits of this system at any where, if you are living in India. In this article we will discuss all about the PMNDP Portal.

Dear if you are patient of dialysis or you have patients in your family, then you need to well known with the portal, to get the benefits.

PMNDP Portal Login : Dear user you can login with the ABHA Card ID. If you have no card, first you need make the the card. And then register the PMNDP portal. Either you can go centre to registration by biometric process. Then you can login easily.

Login Steps:

** Visit the PMNDP official home page or go here.

** Next click on menu bar or three dot.

** Now click on the login button.

** After that you will be redirected on the “Login Page”.

** Here give your credentials that User Name and Password.

** Then fill the right captcha and go with login.

** Now on the screen you got the successfully login message.

Note: For User Name can be used your registered E-mail ID.

PMNDP Portal Password Reset

Beneficiary if you face trouble during login process. Do not worry, this is general happens to any one or if you lost your password you can create new password and reset password. Just follow those steps.

** On the login page you can see a button that “Forget Password”.

** Now click on this button, after that you will be redirect in a new page.

** Here you will have a blank for giving your registered Email ID. Put it and click on “Send Link” button.

** Now you got a main from PMNDP portal on your Email. There have the password reset link, just click on this link.

** After that you will be on a new screen, here choose a new password and the confirm password, now click on save. Then your password will be reset.

ABHA Card is Essential for PMNDP portal

Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) card facility provides by the NHM (National Health Mission) portal, you need to make this card. Every ABHA card has the 14 digits unique identifier number.

This identifier number is acceptable in the all National Health Care Portal to login as the ‘User Name’. In the manners this card is must necessary for PMNDP portal login process.

PMNDP Portal Patient Dashboard

When you completed the whole login process, you will be redirected in the patient dashboard page. In this page at the upper left corner has your profile name & icon. And just below them have the all facilities in the row.

PMNDP Portal Patient Registration

For patient registration you can follow those steps.

*** In the dashboard page on the left side bar has the section of ‘Patient Registration Tab, click on tab.

*** After clicking, a new tab will be open on upper right side, that is “Add New patient” click on here.

*** Then a new page will open up on your screen. There you have to give the ‘ABHA ID’ details.

a) First have you ABHA ID, Yes or No!

b) Next choose verification method by OTP or Biometric. You click on OTP.

c) Next type the Health ID and Health ID Number.

*** Then check out the confirmation box and click on Submit button.

*** After clicking submit button you will redirect on the OTP confirmation page. Now enter the OTP, which will be sent on your register mobile number, and click on ok button.

*** Now you are on the final submission page, here click on ‘Save’ button. It’s done.

Alternative Method to Register PMNDP Portal

Those patients who have an issue to get OTP for any reason, there have another way to register this portal. Hence the patient needs to choose the Biometric confirmation method. For biometric patient must need Aadhar Card, steps are given below.

i) After ABHA card selecting, on the same page click for verification method on the ‘biometric’ method.

ii) Now select the type of health card and enter your Health ID Number.

iii) In the last check out the confirm box and submit.

iv) After that in the next page give your finger biometric and click to continue. Now you are register by biometric method. Thank you.
